We strive to make sure you are happy with the service you receive and the quality of our products. We know that despite our best efforts there might be times when products may fall short of the quality standard we aim for.
You Name The Gift will gladly accept the return of defective products and replace them at no additional charge. Notification of defective merchandise must be made within 3 days after receipt of shipment. The item(s) must be returned to us within 10 days after the merchandise was delivered. Mail the item(s) to:

The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. If the merchandise was damaged during shipping we will work with you and the delivery carrier to file an insurance claim.
To submit a replacement claim, email info@younamethegift.com with the following information within 3 days of receipt of shipment:
We will process a replacement order once we receive your item(s).
For local deliveries, we ask that the person receiving the merchandise inspect the product(s) for defects before signing and accepting the order. We will address any concerns before handing over the final product. By signing for the order, the signee is confirming that the order is correct and without defect. All sales are final once the delivery has been signed for.
