Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing 

Order processing includes order verification, product customization, quality check and packaging. All orders are prepared for shipping within two business days after the order is placed. We fulfill the orders and ship them for delivery, which takes an additional 1-4 business days. Please allow additional processing time during holidays. 

Shipping Time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our facility to your destination. Orders are shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service. After processing and leaving our facility, items usually take between 1 to 4 business days to arrive at their destination. However, it may take longer from time to time due to holidays and/or carrier delays. Our shipping fee includes tracking and up to $100 of insurance.

Local Delivery 

You Name The Gift provides a local delivery service for the Huntsville Alabama area. The option for local delivery is determined by the shipping address entered during checkout. Once your order has been processed, we will contact you to schedule a delivery time frame. You, or someone you designate, will need to be available to sign for the delivery. Upon delivery we ask that you inspect the item(s) and confirm the order is correct and without defect. If there is an issue with your order, please let us know at the time of delivery so we can address it. If the order is correct and without defect, you or your designee will sign for the item(s) and your order will be complete.
